I embarked on an in-depth investigation into the Flemish government's involvement in illegal arms exports to Turkey, focusing on the crucial parts supplied by Flemish companies for Turkey's A400M aircraft used in conflicts violating international embargoes. Collaborating with experts, I reverse-engineered the A400M, using 3D animations to illustrate the Flemish components' role. I also documented public protests and interviewed experts, incorporating their insights alongside the UN report's findings into my narrative. This comprehensive research and rich visual content formed the backbone, aiming to clearly explain and highlight the serious legal and ethical implications.
In the production phase, I combined interviews, demonstrations, and technical explanations, ensuring the final edit was not only informative but also compelling. I narrated the story with a focus on urging viewers to recognize and act against these unethical practices. Prior to release, I conducted a thorough review with legal experts to ensure accuracy and compliance. The finished video served as a call to action, spotlighting the Flemish government's complicity in violating arms trade decrees and mobilizing public sentiment for change
